The Gilian Silica Sampling Kits are purpose-built for industrial hygienists needing streamlined, compliant sampling for Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS). Available in 3 configurations, each kit includes a Gilian sampling pump (GilAir 3 or GilAir Plus), pre-weighed filter media, and a size-selection cyclone, designed to meet NMAM 7500/OSHA silica standards efficiently and accurately. Air Flow Calibrator is not included with any kit.
Key Features
- Basic Kit: GilAir 3 pump + Dorr Oliver 1.7 LPM cyclone + pre-weighed 37mm filters (calibration jar required, not included)
- Standard Kit: GilAir Plus (clock & data logging) + Dorr Oliver 1.7 LPM cyclone + pre-weighed filters
- Advanced Kit: GilAir Plus + GK2.69 Cyclone (4.2 LPM, connects directly to calibrator, no jar needed) — higher flow rate, more reliable results, captures thoracic & respirable particles in high and low dust environment
